Peer Review Process

Every submitted article undergoes a rigorous and structured peer review process to ensure the academic quality, integrity, and transparency of the publication.

1. Submission

Authors submit articles through the journal system. The editor conducts an initial check for manuscript completeness.

2. Initial Screening (Desk Evaluation)

The editor evaluates the following:

  • Plagiarism level
  • Alignment with the journal’s scope
  • Language quality
  • Article structure completeness
  • Up-to-date references

Decision:

  • Rejected (Desk Reject)
  • Proceed to the review stage (with or without initial revisions)

3. Peer Review (Double-Blind)

The article is sent to two independent reviewers via a double-blind system.

Reviewers assess:

  • Originality
  • Methodology
  • Scientific contribution
  • Relevance and other aspects related to the article’s substance

4. Evaluation of Review Results

The editor evaluates the review results.

If the reviewers’ results are consistent: → Proceed directly to decision

If there are discrepancies: → Validation and clarification are conducted with the reviewers

5. Revision Stage

The author makes revisions based on the reviewers’ and editor’s comments. The revised article is resubmitted to the editor

Decision:

  • Revisions required → returned to the author
  • Revisions accepted → proceed to final decision

This process may continue for up to three revision cycles. This iterative cycle continues until the manuscript meets the established standards or reaches the maximum revision limit.

6. Final Decision

The editor decides:

  • Accepted
  • Rejected

7. Copyediting

Accepted articles will undergo:

  • Technical editing
  • Re-check for plagiarism (max. 25%)
  • Language corrections and other revisions.
