Article Processing Timeline

Manuscripts may be submitted to the journal at any time throughout the year. However, all submissions are processed in sequential stages following a structured review cycle with fixed deadlines. Al Qadr: Journal of Qur’anic Science (AQS) applies the following timeline for each publication volume:

• Initial Editorial Screening: 2–4 weeks
• Notification of Manuscript Acceptance for Review: 2–6 weeks
• Peer Review Process: Minimum 4 weeks
• Revision Submission by Authors: 2–4 weeks
• Final Editorial Decision: Within 2 weeks
• Publication Schedule: Final week of May and November
