Ownership and Management

1. Journal Owner
LPPM STIQ Al Multazam Kuningan is the owner of Al-Muhafidz: Jurnal Ilmu Al-Qur'an dan Tafsir. Ownership refers to the journal as a publishing undertaking. Copyright in individual articles and the rights granted to readers are addressed separately in the copyright and licensing policies.

2. Operational Management
Al-Muhafidz: Jurnal Ilmu Al-Qur'an dan Tafsir is published by LPPM STIQ Al Multazam Kuningan (listed as LP2M on the journal website). The publisher is responsible for publishing administration, production support, maintenance of the online platform, and dissemination.

Day-to-day editorial administration is coordinated by the Editor-in-Chief, Hafid Nur Muhammad, together with the editorial office. A Managing Editor has not yet been appointed. The division of manuscript-handling responsibilities and decision-making authority is set out in the editorial board structure.

3. Organisational Accountability
The publisher is responsible for the publishing services it provides and for coordinating the resources needed to deliver them. Matters that require organisational action are referred to the publisher through its official channel.

Organisational management does not in itself give authority to accept or reject manuscripts. Editorial authority is set out in the editorial board structure, and editorial independence is maintained so that organisational interests do not influence editorial decisions outside the requirements of publication ethics.

4. Institutional Relationships
The institutional affiliations shown beside editors' names identify where those editors work. Such listings do not, on their own, mean that the institution owns, manages, sponsors, or endorses the journal. Any formal institutional relationship that affects ownership or management will be stated explicitly, with its nature and a link to the organisation's website where available. Financial support and sponsorship are disclosed separately under the revenue sources and sponsorship disclosure policies.

5. Changes in Ownership or Management
Changes to the owner or to operational management will be reflected on this page. Notices of substantive changes will name the organisation concerned, describe the change, and give its effective date.
